Timbercreek

Wishing to revitalize its common spaces in order to better serve its clientele, Timbercreek student residences retained TAD's services to accomplish this project.

This project includes the replacement of existing finishes, lights and windows, as well as the modernization of the laundry room and transformation of the penthouse into communal spaces, including a gym and a common kitchen. Other exterior work will be carried out, such as the renovation of the awnings, the revitalization of the green landscape and the installation of new access ramps.

The main space, displayed in the photos, is an old pool area, which had been unused for many years. Transformed into a chic multifunctional space, the swimming pool became a cinema corner, representing a creative opportunity to make full use of the existing conditions. ​

Built in collaboration with TAD's sister company, Panamerican Construction Inc., TAD was therefore able to supervise the entire project, from the schematic beginnings right through to the end of construction.
