Maximus BC

TAD undertook the tenant improvement for the Maximus Work BC offices in 5 different locations spread across the Lower Mainland with areas ranging from 2000 sft in Summerland to 8200 sft in Abbotsford. Renovation was challenging in some of the offices as they were existing and never ceased the operations. All the Office spaces were granted gold rating from the Rick Hansen Foundation for its commitment to accessibility.

TAD was responsible for the preparation of a common design concept for 5 BC locations, preparation of an office layout for each location, merging the design concept with the approved layout, production of construction documentation, assistance with the tendering process, overseeing the permit expediting and construction administration.
