GSM XPND

In partnership with the GSM Project / XPND Capital design team, TAD participated in all phases of this project's development. The "turnkey" mandate allowed TAD's sister company, Pan American Construction Inc., to complete the construction phase, ensuring better design-build cohesion.

A large space was developed to install the new offices of the multidisciplinary firm and followed a concept of a young, dynamic, casual creative studio. Giving access to natural light for all occupants was a priority in the design and was successfully completed.

A minimalist design highlighting the stripped structure of the building awakens the senses and encourages innovation among the employees. The technological tools, including the interactive, writeable walls, are part of the visual aids used to promote exchanges and accelerate the transfer of ideas between coworkers. A café area has also been set up for spontaneous collaboration and relaxation. Adjacent to the reception, this space becomes an ideal reception venue.
