CSPS

In 2014, the Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) hired TAD for this tenant improvement project, which included the implementation of an open office concept in an existing space, as well as a series of classrooms.

This previously vacant space is located on the 4th floor of the Tower of Library Square. The client requested different design configurations to determine which section of the floor area should be occupied. The design included minimal and clean finishes, as well as the use of bright colors.

This space is primarily used by students and instructors. This new space includes 4 classrooms, a break area for students, a reception area, an open office space for 16 FTEs, a meeting room and a staff dining area. The spaces reserved for instructors are physically separate from the spaces reserved for students. The project was to be completed on time as the lease was coming to an end.

The design and implementation of the preferred design was completed in just 5 months.
