Nespresso

In 2008 and 2009, TAD collaborated with the Swiss firm Concept Consult Design to create the fluid, refined and dynamic space that hosted the first Nespresso coffee in Canada. The tasting and sales areas occupy two floors of a historic Crescent Street building, of which only the facade was retained during construction due to serious structural and envelope issues.

The project was realized in design-build thanks to the involvement of PanAmerican Constructions Inc., the sister company of TAD. This approach allowed us to create sophisticated construction details while respecting a tight schedule and a precise budget.
