LaSalle College Vancouver (LCV)

LaSalle College Vancouver is relocating to a new building to be constructed on the parking lot behind the existing building. The College will lease approximately 90,000 square feet on seven floors, including the larger ground and second floors in the podium, as well as five floors in one of the building’s two “towers”.

TAD partnered up with TOAD to assess the needs of LaSalle College, performed full program assessment, created customized room data sheets and designed the space as per the college needs & requests. The new space is expected to be ready for occupancy by 2023.
