CDEM

TAD orchestrated the conception as well as the layout of the new offices of the Esthetic Dermatology Clinic of Montreal (CDEM). The existing floor area being fairly small (400 sq.m) created a particular challenge for the design team, who was forced to find solutions to maximize the space while maintaining its functionality. Hence, the team created dynamic volumes which clearly define the various sections of the clinic. Thanks to the natural light which is allowed to disseminate in through the circulation axis, the composition is an inspiring and chic environment.

TAD was conferred the coordination between the client, contractor, consultants and suppliers, in addition to site management.

A true turnkey project, we also received the mandate to complete the furniture and millwork design, including the choice of materials, technical studies and budgeting.
