Mediagrif
We started our collaboration with Mediagrif in 2010 by developing three pre-lease studies to assess the suitability of different potential spaces. Once the ideal space was selected, we created a series of floor plans to meet the customer's desire to eliminate hierarchy in the workplace.
Grouping teams and strengthening visual connections were also important design goals. To strengthen the company's identity, we replaced all departmental signage with environmental graphics that reflected the company's overall brand image. It involved designing a window film with an oversized typographic pattern: the motif appears abstract and decorative, but from a distance, it becomes legible in the form of fragments of the name Mediagrif.
We were able to make further use of the old building's panels and installed luminous letters throughout the space. A separate color has been assigned to each floor to reinforce the brand image and improve orientation. A large cafeteria shared by all employees promotes the informal exchange of ideas between members of different departments. The final result is a space with a strong visual identity that is well adapted to Mediagrif's young and dynamic workforce.
