In 2016, the provincial government selected TAD to implement SSBC's key workspace strategies to rethink a 10,000-square-foot empty space in an office tower. in downtown Vancouver.

The design intent was to integrate workstations for fixed and mobile staff members. The most open areas sit alongside many closed meeting spaces of varying sizes, offering opportunities for collaboration and intimacy. Informal meeting spaces are complemented by recreational areas.

The walls are composed mainly of tinted glass to let natural light in all the spaces. Wood was used for the ceilings and doors, and carpet and textile elements were added, creating a feeling of comfort while remaining sophisticated and professional.
