Retail stores across Quebec – 2008+

Bell is Canada's largest communications company, providing residential and business consumers with solutions to all their communications needs, including telephone services, wireless communications, high-speed Internet, digital television and voice over IP. Bell also offers integrated information and communications technology (ICT) services to businesses and governments, and is the Virtual Chief Information Officer (VCIO) to small and medium businesses (SMBs).

TAD has been involved in updating Bell’s Quebec retail stores since 2008, as an in-province partner, bringing its technical and local regulation expertise to the projects. Ensuring the constant coordination between the design team based in Toronto, Young & Wright IBI Group Architects, and the other consultants involved, TAD is also in charge of permits and construction documents as well as relations with landlords throughout the first phases of the project.

The main challenge regarding these projects is the time constraints they pose, with sometimes no more than a few weeks between the kickoff and the new store’s opening, TAD has risen to the occasion and has been able to provide rapid responses quality documents in a very short time.
