Boucherville, Quebec – 2011

Epurair is one of the largest manufacturers of products of air quality in Quebec. They operate in the production of heat exchangers, air purifiers and filtration systems.

The mandate of TAD was to design and plan the office and factory of their newly built facilities in the city of Boucherville. The project covers 23,000 square feet of industrial space and 4200 square feet dedicated to administrative space containing closed offices, a reception room, a conference room and a cafeteria.

The space was designed to facilitate the expansion of the company but also to provide enjoyable and inspiring spaces for employees and customers visiting. The design was also intended to improve circulation and the interaction between the research department and workshops. TAD has worked with the client to create a fun and colorful signage used throughout the plant.

PanAmerican Constructions, was hired to build the interior of the office part. The main challenge was to meet the client's tight budget.
