Velan relocated its World Headquarters in new facilities nearby to accommodate an increasing demand for human resources in a 20,000 square foot office joined to a new 50,000 square foot assembly plant.

The front office portion is clad in precast concrete while the Plant Area is metal-clad in a smart yet Spartan design to meet client’s image guidelines.

Success:

Negotiate with the municipality to accommodate special access to the site considering its difficult location from a main highway and major thoroughfare.
