Thibodeau provides Arca Design with professional support to undertake its larger scale projects. Teknika-HBA is expanding in several locations in the province of Quebec. It required the renovation of 70,000 sq.ft. of existing space with the implementation of new office furniture system standards.

Of note, Teknika-HBA group trusted us with their 3rd major renovation for their Montreal Branch. This project represents 25,000 sq.ft. on two floors and construction occured while people continued working on one of the floors.

They have repeated the implementation of our open space concept and office standards in four different branches and have noticed considerable satisfaction and higher productivity from employees and partners alike.
