Quebec Roll-out

Sobeys Inc. was an established food chain across Canada other than Quebec in early 1997. When it decided to expand its operations in this province, one of the factors that led to the selection of our firm was our unique background which combines architectural and design expertise.

The mandate included due diligence, preliminary site investigations, liaise with the various municipalities involved and produce development permit documentation, as well as the required documents for permits, zoning modifications, and presentation to the Urban Consultative Committees (CCU).

KTH’s innovative solution for the management of these on-going projects was the creation of a Web site where all parties involved can have access, 24hrs a day and from any computer with Internet access, to all documents, drawings, correspondence, reports, illustrations and photos pertinent to each project.

KTH oversaw several dozen due diligence for store locations including the construction of half a dozen stores with J.Robert Thibodeau as Principal in charge of production and construction administration.
