SNC Lavalin Operations & Maintenance provides project management services for large and small infrastructure improvements for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

In the last few years, TAD has undertaken several projects as architectural consultant for SNC Lavalin O&M. Mandates undertaken vary from general upgrades to code standards, to space optimization projects and major roof restorations. The following is a list of examples of works for SCN Lavalin O&M:

TAD responds promptly and on time to invitations to tender sent by SNC Lavalin O&M project managers.

In respect to each projects' needs, TAD covers the following scope of services:

  • Analysis of information, plans, data, reports and existing studies
  • On-site survey
  • Production of a report analysis including 3 preliminary design options
  • Concept development of preliminary design and final design (in collaboration with SNC Lavalin O&M)
  • Production of a preliminary estimate
  • Production of a project schedule
  • Preparation of plans and specifications
  • Preparation of tender documents and addenda
  • Participation to site visit with tenderers
  • Analysis of bids received and awarding recommendations.
  • Partial site supervision (several meetings, final inspection, etc.)
  • Cost control and budget supervision
  • Review of shop drawings
  • Preparation of “as built” plans
  • Move logistics associated with relocation
