Nexacor provides project management services for Bell and required local presence to oversee the implementation of this fairly large Carrier Center to serve both Bell Mobility and Bell Nexxia. Thibodeau collaborated with Nexacor's management and the general contractor to insure delivery in a timely way.

The challenges were many and the timeline seemed impossible at first glance. Cooperation and creativity allowed us to tackle issues raised by municipal authorities, power providers, backup generator suppliers and a multitude of other interveeners.
