McGill Alliance Building

In 1998 McGill University consolidated rental space covering 150,000 sq.ft spread out over ten buildings in the downtown core into a single building on 10 owned contiguous floors.

Facilities included the entire Continuing Education Faculty including classes, language labs, faculty offices and facilities, audio-visual support group, computer labs.

J.Robert Thibodeau led the team as Principal-in-charge of a joint-venture with KTH and NFOE. This project was done in a short span of time to meet school year calendar for the 1999 start-up.

Additional mandates were given to deal with new requirements over the following year.
