Future Shop retails electronics, computers and large appliances in stores varying from 25,000 ft² to 35,000 ft² across Canada.

We work closely with Best Buy’s Project Management and Design Team to produce Construction Documentation based on their prototypical documents and coordinate consultants for permit, tender and construction.

Typically we also provide Construction Administration overseeing Field Reviews, Progress Draw verification and Project Close Out, complete with record drawings and manuals.

Mandates can include Interior Architecture, Building Architecture, Site Due Diligence and Development Permit Application.
