Montreal Offices and Call Centre

Excel transferred its Head Office from Texas to Montreal to the 7th floor of 800 West René-Lévesque. J.R.Thibodeau was a principal-in-charge of construction documentation and administration of KTH which created these new facilities. A curvilinear circulation spaces helps break-up the rigid rectangular grid of the T-shaped 20,000 square foot floor plate

The Call Centre portion accommodated 144 people for inbound and outbound calls, telemarketing support staff, training rooms, food facilities and administrative support.
