Banking centres

Renovation and new construction of approximately twenty banking centers in the greater Montreal area and from St-Hyacinthe to the Lake of Two Mountains, Sherbrooke, Repentigny to Ile Perrot.

The layouts were either pre-established or of our responsibility. The project was undertaken in collaboration with a project manager from the CIBC and our mandate included full architectural services, including mechanical and electrical engineering, lighting and signage.

We maintained a proactive approach with the client, proposing eco-friendly materials and finishes to respond to the new durable development criteria and to preoccupation with healthy work environments, air quality and energy efficient systems to reduce energy consumption.

We also contributed to the development of new concepts with the intent of creating a new set of design standards.
