Located in the heart of the Cité du Multimédia at 33 Prince, the CEIM leases the upper floor of this converted piano warehouse from the Montreal Development Society.

J.Robert Thibodeau, Principal in charge of the project with KTH oversees the conversion of this 19,000 square foot unused space to accommodate this business incubator facility. The program includes office space, the CESAM organization with training facilities, conference rooms giving on a large Hall designed to be a venue for special events and presentations by the incubated companies.

The building envelope was modified to accommodate a new set of windows including enlarge ones, plus skylights that add to the charm of the space.
